We are committed to ship your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

POLICIES

• Our objective is to offer our products at the same price what you see in our website without charging you Shipping and payment fees. So, we offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 2000. Free Shipping is no way inferior to paid shipping. Please choose Free shipping for orders above Rs. 2000 and it will be shipped at most care. However, during clearance sale when we sell many items on discount we will be charging shipping fees of Rs. 120 for orders below Rs. 3000.
• Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
• While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91 91102 02409 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.
• Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
• We put in lot of effort to pack the items properly to avoid any damages and to ensure you receive the game at pristine condition. However, we cannot control how parcel carriers handle product and light cosmetic damages are beyond our control and replacing games with these sorts of cosmetic damage is not economically viable for our company.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

• We use Bluedart or Delhivery or DTDC or Ecom Express or Ekart to ship your order to your destination.
• We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

SHIPPING TIME / DELIVERY TIME
• We make our best efforts to ship your orders on the same day and mostly within 1-2 working days of the order. 95% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
• Orders placed before 11.00 AM will be shipped on the same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
• We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY
• Shipments through Fedex / Delihivery, if created before 1100 AM will be picked up by them on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up only on the next day.
• Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable. Distance is not a concern as you think. We have cases where it is being delivered within 3 days to Mumbai, Pune but took more than 3 days within Bangalore.
• Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
