CANCELLING AN ORDER

Our standard order processing time is within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email or phone, regardless of whether the cancellation is successful or not.

Please note that if your order has already been picked up by the courier, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to receive the order and apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The return will be subject to our standard return policy, which is detailed on our website.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

Occasionally, our courier may encounter issues when attempting to deliver items, such as “DOOR LOCKED” or similar circumstances. Each courier has their own policies for delivery attempts, and if they are unsuccessful, they will return the shipment to us at their own expense. Please be aware that we do not have control over the delivery process or direct contact with the courier in your area. If you experience any issues with delivery, please inform us while also contacting the delivery company through their website or contact numbers.

Refunds for undelivered items are processed as follows:

  1. You need to email us with your bank details for a refund via NEFT transfer. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit.
  2. The refund amount will be the total amount paid, minus a 10% restocking fee, and minus two-way shipping charges.

RETURNING NEW AND UNUSED PRODUCTS

You may exchange or refund items within 3 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original shrink-wrapped packaging. We do not accept returns for opened items. To initiate a return, please apply for an RMA number and ensure that the items are properly packed. You are responsible for the shipping expenses to return the items to us.

Once we receive the items and confirm that they are unused, we will provide store credits or issue a refund, based on your preference. The refund amount will be the total amount paid for the items, minus 10% of the invoice amount. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order had free shipping and you are returning it, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are uncertain about the refund amount, please confirm with us before returning the product.

RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR WRONG ITEMS

We guarantee that the products we sell are brand new, unused, and in perfect condition. We thoroughly check all items for any damage before shipping them to you.

While we take utmost care in packaging your orders, we cannot control how parcel carriers handle shipments, and minor cosmetic damages may occur during transit. Minor damages to shrink wrap or the game box that do not affect gameplay will not be considered eligible for return or replacement. If you are not willing to accept any minor damages that may occur during shipment, we recommend not placing an order on our website.

If you receive a shipment with significant damage to the packaging, please take a photograph of it before opening. Check for damages to the items inside and report the issue to us via WhatsApp at +919110202409 / 916362368879 or email at shpazzmart@gmail.com. Once we receive your information, we will resolve the issue by offering a partial refund, full refund, or the option to return the items for a full refund.

MISSING OR DAMAGED COMPONENTS INSIDE GAME BOX

We have no control over missing or damaged components inside shrink-wrapped game boxes. If you discover any missing or damaged components, please contact the publisher directly for replacement parts.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:

To initiate a return, please fill out the RMA Form on our website. Ensure that all items are shipped back in their original packaging. Include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip, or a printout of your order confirmation email. We recommend using a reliable courier service with delivery confirmation. Keep the tracking number and inform us of it so we can track your package. Ship your package to the following address:

As long as your returned parts are unused and in unopened packaging, we will credit your account within three business days. This credit amount can be used to purchase other products from our store. Alternatively, upon request, we can arrange to deposit or transfer the money to your bank account within three days.

Please refrain from contacting us to inquire about the status of your return until three days have passed since we received it.

NOTES ABOUT ALL NEW AND UNUSED RETURNS

We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns or exchanges, and shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping and you are returning it, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Items with damaged, opened, or missing parts or packaging do not qualify for a return as new and will not be refunded. Additional fees may apply to items returned after 7 days.
